Description
This course is intended for patrol officers who are regularly responding to drug overdose cases and want to become more proficient in this specialization area and/or enhancing their investigative skills with the goal of becoming a full-time investigator. This course is also recommended for all patrol supervisors who see a need to improve their agencies’ response to overdose cases. The course will cover essential topics in the two distinct phases of patrol drug overdose responses: First Responder Phase and Patrol Investigation Phase.
A webinar will be emailed out about two weeks before the course date. This is a prerequisite to attend the course and is only about one hour long.
