Description
This class will focus on financial fraud occurring by a suspect known and trusted by the victim. In addition to re-framing verbiage utilized to communicate with victims and the community in order to reduce the chances of re-traumatization. There will also be a review of case studies which will assist in determining how best to suggest what charges to refer into the prosecutor’s office and what has worked from previous investigations.
