Description
Phones, Data and Electronic Records in Criminal Investigations
Instruction will be provided on how to properly seize devices, best practices on storing the devices and the latest technology / strategies to follow to ensure the most amount of data from the device is successfully obtained. Attendees will get a thorough understanding of all the data that can be found on a phone and how this data can be used to further their investigations. Different techniques will be taught on how to quickly, yet methodically comb through the massive amounts of data in search of answers.
Due to sensitive material, this class is restricted to sworn law enforcement officers and prosecutors only.
