During this 24-hour course, participants will learn strategies for assigning, leading and managing criminal investigations with the objective to improve investigator efficiency and unit effectiveness. Attendees will also learn about the effective use of solvability factors and case/assignment control systems as well as methods for selecting and evaluating investigators.
