Description:
This course meets the NFPA 1002, Standard for Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator Professional Qualifications, Aerial Apparatus, and educational requirements for WTCS Driver/Operator-Aerial certification. To be eligible for certification testing upon successful completion of this course, students must have WTCS Driver/Operator-Pumper certification.
Extra Info:
Students must be Driver/Operator Pumper and Firefighter I certified to sign up for this class and must have a valid driver's license.
5 students max per department apparatus
Aerial Apparatus will be needed on select nights for driving and positioning.
