| May 15 | Tuition payment is due May 15. For registrations on or after the tuition due date, tuition payment is due within two weeks of registration. View the refund period/policy. |
| May 18 | Summer Interim courses begin. Check your class schedule for the start date, “View Current or Past Schedules.” |
| May 25 | Memorial Day holiday – campuses closed |
| May 26 | Take time to stop and reflect. How are things going? Check canvas for updated grades. Let’s connect if you don’t feel like you are on track. Schedule an appointment. |
June
| June 7 | Last day of Summer Interim. Check your class schedule to confirm last day of attendance, “View Current or Past Schedules.” |
| June 8 | Summer Term courses begin. Check your class schedule for the start date, “View Current or Past Schedules.” |
| June 10 | Final Summer Interim grades are posted by noon. Access Degree Works and process a new degree audit to confirm your grades, GPA, and course completion. If grades do not meet the minimum requirement, there may be an impact on financial aid, or Summer and/or Fall courses. |
| June 22 | Take time to stop and reflect. How are things going? Check canvas for updated grades. Let’s connect if you do not feel like you are on track. Schedule an appointment. |
July
| July 3 | Independence Day holiday - campuses closed. |
| July 17 | Last day to withdraw from Summer Term courses. |
August
| August 2 | Last day of Summer Term. Check your class schedule to confirm last day of attendance, “View Current or Past Schedules.” |

| August 3 | Apply for the 2026-2027 WCTC Foundation Scholarship prior to August 31. |

Fall Term 1 and 16-week classes begin. Check your schedule for the start date. Refund period/policy. Apply for graduation; this only pertains to students in their final semester. Graduation information. Apply by November 1 to participate in commencement. |

| September 7 | Labor Day holiday - no classes |
| September 25 | Last day to withdraw from Fall Term 1 courses. Learn more about withdrawing from courses. |

| October 11 | Last day of Fall Term 1. Check your schedule to confirm last day. |

| October 14 | Final grades are posted by noon and can be found in Degree Works. Confirm your GPA, grades and course completion, and impact on financial aid, or Fall Term 2 courses. |
| October 19 | Fall Term 2 classes begin. Check your schedule for the start date. Refund period/policy. |
| October 26-30 | Priority Registration Week - register for Spring Term 1 & 2 classes: wctc.edu/register. Refer to your email from Registration for your priority registration date. Military Veteran students register October 26. Complete Enrollment Certification Form. Tuition payment is due January 15. Payment and Cost Information. |
| October 28 | Transfer Fair – Planning to transfer after WCTC? Learn about options and your next steps. |
November

| December 14 | Winter Interim begins. Winter Interim ends January 10. Final grades posted by end of day January 13. |
| December 16 | Final Fall Term 2 and 16-week course grades are posted by noon and can be found in Degree Works. Confirm your GPA, grades and course completion, and impact on financial aid, future courses. |
| December 24-January 1 | WCTC is closed for Holiday Break |
