Apply for graduation - this only pertains to students in their final semester. Apply by April 1 to participate in the commencement ceremony.

Develop an Academic Plan. Review Degree Works and develop a program plan with your advisor.

Schedule an appointment. Summer Registration February 9-10; Fall Registration April 6-8.

Registration Week - Register for Summer Interim and Summer courses. Military veteran students register February 9 - Complete Enrollment Certification. Priority Registration for all program students is February 10.

Tuition payment for Summer is due May 15.

Submit your 2026-2027 FASFA for Summer/Fall Financial Aid. Questions: contact Financial Aid.

Last day to withdraw Spring Term 1 courses.

March

March 15

Last day of Spring Term 1. Check your schedule to confirm last day of attendance.

March 16-22

Spring Break – no classes.

March 18

Final grades are posted by noon and can be found in myProfile and Degree Works.

Confirm your GPA, grades, course completion, and impact on financial aid, or Spring Term 2 courses.

April 13	Apply for the 2026-2027 WCTC Foundation Scholarship.
April 17	Last day to withdraw from 16-week Spring courses.
April 27	Accommodations: request accommodations when you are enrolled in summer and/or fall courses.
