Ready to join the WCTC community? At this event, you can complete your application to WCTC and get personalized support on the spot.

  • Complete your application for free: Take advantage of free application assistance.
  • Financial aid assistance: The Financial Aid office will be open during your visit. Students may ask questions and schedule an appointment for FAFSA or other support; immediate assistance is not guaranteed.*
  • Make progress in one visit: Submit transcripts or test scores, get support with your next steps, and schedule any required placement assessments.

*For FAFSA support, bring your (and your parents’ or spouse’s, if applicable) 2024 federal tax return, any schedules and 2024 W-2s. Have your FSA ID and password handy. Financial Aid staff can assist if available or help you prepare and schedule an appointment.

All events take place in WCTC's College Center (Building C) from 1-6 p.m. 

Plan for a quick visit. Most students will spend about 15-30 minutes getting what they need competed.
