WCTC Spring Open House set for Thursday, Feb. 26

PEWAUKEE, Wis. (Monday, Feb. 23, 2026) – This Thursday, Feb. 26, from 3-7 p.m., Waukesha County Technical College will host its Spring Open House at the main Pewaukee campus. The event provides a comprehensive look at the College’s 170-plus areas of study, including certificate, associate degree and apprenticeship programs.
To modernize the the event experience, WCTC is offering an interactive online mobile guide. Guests can scan QR codes displayed on campus to access event details and schedules on their devices. This digital tool is designed to help visitors seamlessly Open House highlights, like the Applied AI Lab, where guests can view demonstrations of lab robotics in action.
“For many students, Open House is where their future starts to click. They get to explore programs, meet instructors and start seeing how their interests connect to real careers," said Ashleigh Zarling, dean of Enrollment Management. “We’re always looking for ways to make that first experience simple and intuitive, which is why we’re incorporating new digital tools this year to help guests navigate, explore and take their next steps with ease.”
