WCTC Foundation welcomes Justin Kehring as senior director of finance and administration
“With his strategic mindset and passion for student success, Justin will play a vital role in advancing our work and growing our impact in the community." -- Robyn Ludtke, WCTC Foundation Executive Director
PEWAUKEE, Wis. (Thursday, June 18, 2025)— The WCTC Foundation is pleased to welcome Justin Kehring as its new senior director of finance and administration, an executive-level position responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s financial operations and administrative strategy. Kehring brings more than a decade of leadership experience in higher education, with a strong background in financial aid and administrative management.
Kehring has served in key leadership roles at both Waukesha County Technical College and Gateway Technical College, most recently as director of Financial Aid. His work has focused on driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance and advancing initiatives that remove barriers to education and improve student outcomes.
In his new role with the Foundation, Kehring will oversee all financial and administrative functions, ensuring transparency, stewardship and long-term sustainability. His financial aid background brings a valuable perspective to the Foundation’s mission, helping bridge the gap between donor generosity and student need.
Kehring holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is a graduate of both Leadership Kenosha and the Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute. He is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, financial expertise and commitment to aligning resources with purpose.
“Justin’s leadership experience in financial aid is an incredible asset to the Foundation,” said Robyn Ludtke, executive director of the WCTC Foundation. “He understands firsthand how financial challenges can impact a student’s path, and his insights will strengthen our ability to align donor support with meaningful outcomes. With his strategic mindset and passion for student success, Justin will play a vital role in advancing our work and growing our impact in the community.”
Please join us in welcoming Justin Kehring to the WCTC Foundation team.
