Description
This 80-hour course provides attendees with the critical knowledge needed to succeed in a supervisory role in their agency and focuses on the practical application of learned objectives with a close eye on the realities of contemporary policing challenges. Taught exclusively by current and former Wisconsin law enforcement supervisors from small, medium and large agencies, the instructors are subject matter experts with vast training experience. This course concentrates on understanding the core components of supervisory success and, most importantly, the implementation of specific behaviors based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to achieve specific success.
