Description
The goal of this course is to understand what types of Elder Financial Exploitation exist and resources that are available to assist in these types of investigations. This course will dive deeply into those that can be investigated along with a review of case studies regarding what has/has not worked from previous investigations. The instructor will also discuss collaborations early in the investigation which can provide the best possible outcomes in prosecution.
