Leadership Development

60-credit Associate of Applied Science Degree

This accelerated program is designed for those who already have one year or 2,000 hours in a full-time leadership position. Leaders will gain additional  skills to measure and improve quality, budget efficiently, think critically, problem solve, organize and build work team relationships, and develop and maximize human resources.

How This Program Is Offered

This is offered in an accelerated format. The Blended Option courses are organized into short, manageable segments (e.g. one class meeting each week for six or eight weeks) that meet during evening hours.

 What Makes This Program Unique

  • Evening classes accommodate the working adult. An accelerated learning environment blends interactive in-class activities with online learning.
  • Many students in this program are currently working and can weave their on-the-job experiences into course activities.
