WCTC takes a collaborative, community-centered approach to AI by positioning its Applied AI Lab as a shared regional resource for students, employers and local organizations. The College actively works with industry partners to identify real-world AI use cases and skill needs, ensuring its training aligns with workforce demands. Through the Applied AI Lab, WCTC provides customized workshops and professional development that help businesses adopt AI tools and strategies. The College also supports entrepreneurs and community members by offering hands-on access to AI technologies they may not otherwise be able to explore.
