Description
This course is designed to help police leaders be better emotionally prepared to handle stressors typical of today’s law enforcement career and teach participants to be purpose-driven leaders. This is more than a leadership class! It focuses on personal improvement and fostering stronger, more positive organizational cultures.
Topics include:

- Positive leadership
- Self-accountability and ownership
- The mindset of the emotionally resilient leader
This course is designed for those in law enforcement or the fire service currently in a supervisor role or ready to step into an official supervisory role, either first-line or mid-level for both sworn and non-sworn personnel.
