Description
This Electronic Storage Detection (ESD) K9 class will consist of both classroom and practical handling of ESD K9’s. It will be geared towards both new and seasoned teams. This training will be offered quarterly as a maintenance training for ESD K9/handler teams. Some of the training will include proper leash handling techniques, obedience, how to follow and maintain a search plan/pattern, and how to recognize both the physical alerts and final indications of the K9’s at source odor. Additionally, some of the scenario style training will incorporate multiple ESD K9/handler team deployments.
