Description
This course was designed to educate Officers/Deputies on alcohol and tobacco laws, the proper licenses required by WI State Law, and how to perform compliance checks at Class A and Class B licensed businesses. Attendees will receive hands on training with different type of ID’s required by State law, and how to detect fake ID’s. Attendees will learn methods to enforce laws inside and areas surrounding these establishments. Attendees will also learn the importance of underage alcohol enforcement, alcohol & tobacco decoy programs, and how to administer a decoy program. New information in reference to ACT 73 will also be covered.
