Please note: This class is only available for students who are currently affiliated with a department.

Description:

This course meets the NFPA 1002, Standard for Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator Professional Qualifications, Aerial Apparatus, and educational requirements for WTCS Driver/Operator-Aerial certification. To be eligible for certification testing upon successful completion of this course, students must have WTCS Driver/Operator-Pumper certification.

• In-Person Sessions:
  The class will meet Monday through Friday, May 18–22, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.
• Pre-Work Requirement:
  Students are required to complete online pre-course work via Canvas between May 11-18, 2026.
• Post-Work Requirement May 26 to June 19, 2026: 
  Driver verification with department
