About District Board Meetings
WCTC District Board meetings are scheduled the second Tuesday of every month except July. The fourth Tuesday of each month is reserved for special meetings as needed. Periodic meetings are scheduled at other times, if necessary, to conduct business on timely issues. Our annual meeting takes place the second Monday of July.
- By State Statute, Board meetings are open to the public.
- Unless noted, meetings are held in the Richard T. Anderson Center.
- Materials from past board meetings are provided for only archival and record keeping purposes.
