WCTC Foundation welcomes three new board members

PEWAUKEE, Wis. (Monday, June 20, 2026) — The WCTC Foundation Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to its board of directors. Bringing diverse expertise across education, construction and finance, these leaders share a commitment to advancing student success and strengthening the region's workforce.

The Foundation welcomes:

• Mark Hansen, Ph.D., superintendent of the School District of Elmbrook, who brings extensive leadership in K-12 education and a strong commitment to preparing students for success beyond high school. His experience will help strengthen connections between secondary and technical education while supporting workforce development initiatives.
• Holly Hawkins, project executive at Riley Construction, who offers strategic expertise in business development, relationship management, collaborationand comprehensive project management. Her industry perspective will help advance partnerships that support WCTC students and programs.
• Jeanine Ubl, chief accounting officer at Evans Transportation Services, who brings extensive financial leadership experience, expertise in strategic planning and fiscal stewardship. Her insight will support the foundation's continued commitment to responsible growth and long-term sustainability.
