AI Workflow Foundations: Build an Automation-Ready Business

Thursday, March 12, 2026

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

In-Person (Pewaukee campus)

Level: Intermediate

Better design and execute tasks using AI. This intermediate workshop focuses on designing and implementing AI-automated workflows, the functional building blocks that make up larger AI operating systems. Participants learn how to combine automation, structured data, and AI to create reliable, human-in-the-loop workflows that perform tasks such as classification, summarization, routing, and reporting. This workshop emphasizes workflow design, decision points, error handling, and human oversight, preparing you to later architect full AI systems at the enterprise level. Rather than teaching isolated tools, this workshop teaches participants how to think in workflows—how data moves, where AI adds value, and where humans must remain in control.

  • Design AI-automated workflows aligned to real business use cases.
  • Embed AI responsibly into operational processes.
  • Implement human-in-the-loop decision points.
  • Evaluate workflow reliability and business impact.
  • Prepare workflows to be assembled into scalable AI operating systems.

Cost: $189
