Certification Prerequisite/Entry 

• A FESI-II candidate shall be currently certified Wisconsin Fire and Emergency Services Instructor I

The required hours for this course is 32.  This course will provide additional training in techniques of instruction, developing lesson plans and creating or modifying training materials. The course is designed to provide the FESI II candidate with the information necessary to meet the job performance requirements (JPRs) in NFPA 1041, Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, Chapter 5, 2019 edition.
