Course Description

Develop the educational foundation necessary to administer continuous quality improvement activities within an EMS agency. Learn about medical errors; the need for quality; domains of quality improvement; how to collect, manage and analyze data; methods to foster a culture of quality; and legal considerations related to quality improvement activities.
