WCTC Foundation announces new board members

(PEWAUKEE, Wis. -- Thursday, July 3, 2025) -- The Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) Foundation has appointed four new members to its Board of Directors. Each brings deep industryfour new board members expertise and leadership experience that will support the Foundation’s continued efforts to expand student access and strengthen workforce development across the region.

New Board Members:

  • Heidi Gabriel, JD, MBA, CPA – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c.
    Gabriel is a corporate and tax attorney with a background in accounting. She advises nonprofit organizations and closely held businesses on complex financial and legal matters.
  • John Huggett – The Boldt Company
    Huggett serves as vice president of central operations, overseeing Boldt’s project execution, operations, and strategic growth in Wisconsin and Illinois.
  • Ryan Healy – Superior Crane Corporation
    Healy is Chief outside operations officer at Superior Crane. A U.S. Army veteran, he brings more than two decades of experience in manufacturing, project leadership, and customer service.
  • Stephanie Ohlfs – Waukesha State Bank
    Ohlfs is senior vice president and marketing director, leading strategy, branding, and community engagement for one of the region’s leading financial institutions.

“I’m delighted to welcome these accomplished professionals to the WCTC Foundation Board of Directors,” said Robyn Ludtke, executive director of the WCTC Foundation. “Their leadership and insight will be instrumental as we continue advancing our mission, building partnerships, and delivering resources that directly benefit WCTC students and the entire college community.”
