Workshop: Designing Scalable AI Operating Systems

Thursday, May 28, 2026 to Friday, May 29, 2026

9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Pewaukee Campus | 800 Main St. | Pewaukee, WI 53072

Level: Intermediate

Please note that this is a two day session meeting: Thursday and Friday, 5/28 and 5/29/2026, from 9 a.m. - Noon.

Build a robust infrastructure to support your large-scale business goals. This intermediate workshop focuses on the design and implementation of scalable, AI-enhanced business operating systems. Participants learn how to architect human-in-the-loop AI systems that integrate automation, data infrastructure, and artificial intelligence into reliable, maintainable business workflows. Rather than treating AI as a standalone tool, this workshop emphasizes AI as a system capability, embedded within real operational processes across finance, revenue operations, marketing, and customer success. Participants will design systems that balance automation with human oversight, measure ROI, and scale responsibly.

  • Design end-to-end AI operating systems aligned to business goals.
  • Apply system architecture principles to AI-enabled workflows.
  • Implement human-in-the-loop decision models.
  • Measure ROI in AI systems.
