Topics include respect for cultural diversity in the workforce, ethics, ergonomics and office safety, time and stress management, problem-solving and working as a team. Gain practical experience in correspondence composition, making travel arrangements and meeting planning. Review job search and interviewing skills. Creation of a portfolio and a service-learning project may be included.
