Yoga

Course Description

Discover how Yoga's union and harmony of the body, the mind, and the soul leads toward a more holistic way of life. The class will teach the principles of Yoga which include basic Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen your body and relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
