Course Description

Explore basic Lean Six Sigma tools, including project selection and charting, metrics development, tools for DMAIC (defining, measuring, analyzing, implementing and controlling) process redesign, project team leadership and dashboarding. Gain the skills needed to lead Lean Six Sigma project teams.
