Six Sigma Green Belt

Course Description

Develop your leadership and problem solving-skills while using the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) roadmap to collect and analyze performance data, identify inefficiencies, pinpoint the root causes and implement improved processes. Learn to use Minitab software and explore real-world applications in manufacturing and administrative environments. Paired with the SSGB Project course, produce a capstone project using all phases of DMAIC.
