Nursing Clinical Transition

Course Description

Integrate knowledge learned in previous courses to transition into the role of the graduate nurse. Practice making relatively independent clinical decisions, delegating and collaborating with others to achieve client and organizational outcomes. Understand the value of continued professional development.
