Course Description
Explore the delivery of community and mental health care and the specific health needs of individuals, families and groups across the lifespan, especially diverse and at-risk populations. Learn about mental health concepts including adaptive/maladaptive behaviors and specific mental health disorders. Examine community resources for specific types of support offered to racially, ethnically and economically diverse individuals and groups.
