Course Description
Focuses on the chemicals used and the effects they have in restructuring the hair during permanent wave and chemical relaxing services. Practice the steps involved in a permanent wave service, identifying the chemical changes during each step. Study safety procedures when using chemicals. Perform a basic perm wrap.
