Simple and Fun Wok Cookery
Course Description
Versatility and simplicity are synonymous with wok cooking. Learn how to choose a wok and maintain one, techniques such as stir-frying and steaming, the art of slicing, chopping, and choosing vegetables, and the selection and use of wok accessories. With a little practice and step-by-step directions, you can become adept in no time at using the wok! Students will prepare and sample a variety of traditional oriental and Western recipes.
