Improv Leadership

Course Description

Successful leaders know how to adapt, connect and respond when the unexpected happens. In this workshop, you will explore improv and Emotional Intelligence principles to strengthen communication, build trust and tackle challenges with confidence. You will have an opportunity to share workplace situations and leave with practical strategies you can use right away.
