| Description This workshop will prepare Lean Six Sigma Green Belts to move into the Black Belt role by ensuring they have the required depth of understanding of Lean Six Sigma philosophies and principles including supporting systems and tools. Lean Six Sigma Green Belts can take their experience in data analysis and design of experiments to the next level with the advanced techniques covered in this workshop. Green Belt certification and instructor approval will be required in order to participate in this training.
