| Description Learn a proven, state of the art methodology for improving processes to enhance quality and reduce costs. Participants will learn from Lean Six Sigma Black Belts with a unique blend of leadership and quality development experience along with decades of industry experience. Each Green Belt participant will complete a project which will serve as a foundation for application based learning using Lean Six Sigma tools. Instructors will help participants scope their projects and guide them through all aspects of the project until completion. Included in the training package is six hours of individual coaching and additional training in course project completion, to help each participant apply the tools and approach to their project as well as, Champion training for 1 co-worker and White Belt training for up to 3 co-workers. Two certificates can be earned in this program: (1) Certificate of Course Completion, and (2) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project Completion Certificate. Registration Deadline: January 25 |
