Failure to support the development of new leaders is directly related to low employee morale, employee disengagement, employee turnover, low productivity, and many other disruptions which ultimately have a negative effect on the bottom line. This program is designed to focus on fundamental supervisory skills such as effective listening, communication, and coaching. It encompasses a variety of leadership issues that frontline leaders face daily.
