| Description This session provides the basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Participants will learn the background, main concepts, and approaches to eliminating waste in their workplace through the PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) problem solving process. PDSA planning worksheets will be introduced along with presenting 10 tools of Lean to eliminate waste and 5S, a workplace organizational practice. * Face masks are required to be worn during this training. Training room will be set-up in compliance with social distancing spacing protocols. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be available. |
