| Description Process owners who will be sponsoring the Green Belt participant's quality improvement project team will benefit from this class. The DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology and typically used tools are presented and discussed. Training also prepares Champions to manage expectations and support project teams. The fee for this training is included in the Green Belt training fee. |
