The frontline leader is the lifeline of any organization. The performance of foundational leaders is directly related to the overall performance of the company. Failure to support the development of new leaders is directly related to low employee morale, employee disengagement, employee turnover, low productivity, and many other disruptions which ultimately have a negative effect on the bottom line. This program is designed to focus on fundamental supervisory skills such as effective listening, communication, and coaching. It encompasses a variety of leadership issues that frontline leaders face daily.
