| Description Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certification is specifically designed to support those in education. It is a foundational-level course in the Lean Six Sigma process improvement discipline. This training provides a fundamental framework for those who contribute to and support a culture of continuous improvement in the education environment. This workshop emphasizes the application of skills, requiring participants to complete a "real work" project using the tools learned throughout the program. Two certificates can be earned in this program: (1) Certificate of Course Completion, and (2) Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt Project Completion Certificate. |
