Sign Up for a Corporate Training Center Workshop

The frontline leader is the lifeline of any organization. The performance of front line leaders is critical to the overall performance of the organization. A failure to support the development of frontline leaders is directly related to low employee morale, employee disengagement, employee turnover, low productivity, and many other organization disruptions, ultimately, having a negative effect on the bottom line. This series is delivered in a series of modules that focus on fundamental supervisory skills such as effective listening, communication, and coaching skills, and expands to address a variety of leadership issues that frontline leaders face daily. Participants will learn to:

• Strengthen their core interpersonal skills for effective leadership.
• Enhance their abilities to manage individual performance.
• Enhance decision-making skills that lead to improved team performance.
• Anticipate and evaluate disruptions and engage others in effective problem solving.
• Effectively manage change and encourage innovation

• Managing Change (June 13)
• Creating and Sustaining an Effective Workplace Culture (June 20)

Registration:

• Registration can be done for an individual or group
• Billing contact information is required. Contract and invoice will be sent to billing contact
• Class subject to cancellation, if maximum participant count is not met
