This workshop covers the attitude and thereby the behaviors of the Leader and his/her Leadership team to transform the organization into being change receptive. A major component of Lean Leadership is rooted in a basic concept, Lean Leader Standard Work.

• Learn the basic structure of leader standard work and how to deploy it.
• Recognize the behaviors needed to sustain your change effort.
• Practice a method of calculating the loss of the Leader’s inaction in the change effort.
