Request a Group Tour

Group tours are available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. A group tour consists of a 90-minute program including a brief overview and a student-led campus tour. You may request an additional 30-minute presentation, which will be fulfilled if available.

  • Group tours are designed for groups of high school students or adults who wish to visit WCTC. Please note, we do not offer group tours for grades K-8.
  • Tour requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the desired date. Completing this form does not guarantee your visit. Requests are reviewed each Monday. We will contact you within one business week to approve your request.
