Description
First level supervisors play a crucial role in every police agency yet face many challenges. They are significant in the balance between the department and the community, and also provide the foundation of leadership for line-level officers. This course is designed to provide newly promoted Sergeants, those seeking a promotion and/or those in limited supervisory roles with basic skills, techniques and concepts of supervision in order to become successful in their role.
