Description
The goal of this course is to understand different types of theft by fraud and how they differ from the theft by contractor statutes. Additionally, how to identify what is a criminal theft by contractor vs. a civil theft by contractor and resources that are available to assist in these types of investigations. This course will delve into those that can be investigated and review case studies regarding what has worked and not worked from previous investigations. Also, learn ways to collaborate early in the investigations to provide the best possible outcomes in prosecution.
