Description
This 4-hour class was designed to introduce and educate teens age 14-19 in the concept of Situational Awareness and the importance of managing their surroundings, recognizing threats to their personal safety, enhancing their physical confidence and an introduction of basic personal self- defense tactics. You will be provided with instruction into basic physical skills that can be deployed to protect yourselves if you become subject to an attack.

- Define the process of Threat Assessment.
- Self-Defense tactics to include hitting training “dummies” and bags
- Verbalization
What to bring
- Note taking materials
- Wear Comfortable clothing
- Athletic shoes
