Health Requirements

• Physical exam within one year of starting clinical courses to ensure the student can perform all expected functions
• TB Skin Test
  • 2-step: 2 separate TB tests within 21 days (OR)
  • Annual: Proof of 2 annual TB tests 12 months apart (OR)
  • Negative Quantiferon
• Tdap (due every 10 years)
• MMR (2 vaccines or 1 positive titer)
• Varicella (2 vaccines or 1 positive titer)
• Hep B (3 vaccines, 1 positive titer, or waiver)
• Annual Flu (required prior to start of clinical – must be after September 1)
• COVID-19 vaccinations/booster requirements vary by program
