For those of you who have always wanted to learn the basics of personal self -defense… this is the class for you!!!
This 4 hour class was designed to introduce and educate civilians in the concept of Situational Awareness and the importance of managing their surroundings, recognizing threats to their personal safety, enhancing their physical confidence and an introduction of basic personal self- defense tactics. You will be provided with instruction into Basic Physical Skills that can be deployed to protect yourselves if you become subject to an attack. This training curriculum was written with adults in mind. If you would like your son/daughter to attend they must be at least 15 years old and accompanied by a parent.

• Provide a definitive understanding of Threat Assessment.
• Present techniques to enhance the personal safety of citizens.
• Provide instruction to enhance verbalization skills.
• Practice on training mannequins and with a pad protected instructor/actor.

Masks are required while on campus and in the classroom. Please bring one with you.
