Description
Tim is an active police officer of 20 years. As a result of both on and off-the-job stress, Tim struggled with years of depression, which peaked in August 2020. Luckily, two friends intervened. Tim will share his personal story about cumulative stress, his diagnosis of Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Injury and more.
In addition, members of local LE Administration will be present to discuss their role in Officer Wellness and ending the stigma associated with mental health, along with a Psychologist/wife of a police officer.
