Description
The Police Applicant Background Investigation is the most important part of the new hire procedure. Applicants can pass physical tests and oral interviews with practice and preparation; however, the background investigation reveals an applicant’s true nature.
PACE investigative techniques utilize a PROGRESSIVE system to uncover important aspects of an applicant’s history. Investigators will learn how to produce reports that can be accurately compared to help you select the best candidates.
